That was "Black friday"
At the MOMA there was a show dedicated to female photographers. A real treat, though somewhat inconsistent (not in quality, but because of the various works exposed). There was Arbus, Lange, Bourke-White, Abott and many others. The photo below is from Helen Levitt and I did not see it before.

There was also a show around the concept of kitchen that included various photographs, including two dye-transfer prints from Eggleston.
