Searching the web I recently stumbled upon that quote:
(…) a group of people can commonly agree upon one way of looking at the world just for one moment
Who do you think said that ? Actually it is not a photographer, but contemporary jazz guitarist Wayne Krantz in an interview about 10 years ago at the Marciac Jazz festival in France.
The exact saying is:
There is a certain truth in improvisation, it’s the truth of the moment. Right now you say something, and the people are listening to you and the musicians are playing with you. A group of people can commonly agree upon one way of looking at the world just for one moment
I think it is just a fine way to put it, and convinces me again that improvisation and street photography have lots in common.
